【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestostand-aloneindicatorlightunitsintendedtogiveavisiblesignal.Theyaredesignedfora.c.onlywitharatedvoltagenotexceeding440Vandaratedpowernotexceeding10W,forhouseholdandsimilarfixed-electricalinstallations,eitherindoorsoroutdoors.NOTE1Indicatorlightunitsarenotintendedforlightingasaluminaire(seeIEC60598).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopilotlightsincorporatedinproductscomplyingwiththeirownstandardswhicharetestedaspartofthatproduct.Thestandardalsoappliestoboxesforindicatorlightunits,withtheexceptionofflush-mountingboxes(accordingtoIEC60670)forflush-typeindicatorlightunits.Indicatorlightunitscomplyingwiththisstandardaresuitableforuseatambienttemperaturesnotnormallyexceeding25℃,butoccasionallyreaching35℃.Inlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,asinships,vehiclesandthelikeandinhazardouslocations,forexamplewhereexplosionsareliabletooccur,specialconstructionsmayberequired.NOTE2LEDsandlampsarenotconsideredasindicatorlightunits,butascomponents.
