【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthemethodforthedeterminationofthewater-solublechromium(VI)contentofcement.Areferencemethodisdescribedconsistingoftwostages,anextractionprocedureandananalysisofthefilteredextract.Guidanceonotherextractionprocedures,suitableforscreeningtests,forfactoryproductioncontrolorotherpurposes,isgivenbutincaseofdisputeorfailuretocomplywitharegulatorylimitonlythereferencemethodisused.Thereferencemethodhasalternativeswherebythefilteredextractmaybesubjectedtoanoxidationstepornot.Thecriteriabywhichtheappropriateprocedureisselectedaresetdown.Otherinstrumentalproceduresmaybeusedfortheanalysisofthefilteredextractprovidedtheyarecalibratedagainsttheanalysisofthefilteredextractusingthereferenceprocedure.Inthecaseofadispute,onlythereferencemethodisused.AnnexAsetsoutanormativeproceduretobefollowedincasethistestmethodisusedasthebasisforevaluationofconformityofacementwiththeregulatorylimitinDirective2003/53/EC.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamethodthatappliestocements.Itmayhavewiderapplicabilitybutthiswouldneedtobeverifiedbytestingonaproduct-by-productbasis.GuidanceinthepossibleapplicationofthisEuropeanStandardtothedeterminationofthewater-solublechromium(VI)contentofcement-containingpreparationsisgiveninAnnexB.AnnexesCandDprovideinformationonothertestproceduresbasedonpasteextractionandthusdepartfromtheperformanceofcementinitsnormalconditionsofuse.Theymaybecarriedoutwithorwithouttheoxidationprocess.Usersshouldbeawarethatresultsusingthesemethodsmightbesignificantlydifferenttothoseobtainedbythereferencemethod.Inthecaseofdisputeorfailuretocomplywiththeregulatorylimitonlythereferencemethodisused.AnnexEprovidesguidanceonamethodfordeterminationoftheexcessreducingagentcontentofcementasusedinthefactoryinternalcontrolsystemofsomecountries.Manufacturersusingsuchaninternalcontrolmethodshouldassurethemselvesoftherelevanceofresultsincomparisonwithtestingbythereferencemethod.
