【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletogeneralaspectsofsystemandcomponentdesign,manufacturingandtestmethodsfortemperaturesensorsusedin-coreandfortheprimarycoolantcircuitinnuclearpowerreactors.ThesesensorsincludethermocouplesandRTDs(ResistanceTemperatureDetector–RTD).Emphasisisplacedonthefeaturesspecifictothenuclearapplicationandrecommendationsconcerningcomponentsandsensorsaremadeonlywhentheyrelatetothecontainmentofsuchcomponentswithinthereactorprimaryenvelopeand/orinhighradiationfields.Theconditionsimposedbyreactoruseareoftendifferentfromthosewhichoccurinnonnuclearapplications.Partsofthein-coresystemmaybelocatedinverysevereenvironments.Exposuretohighneutronandgammaradiationsisliabletocauseerrorduetonucleartransformations,heatingandstructuralchanges,andtoaffectthemechanicalandelectricalpropertiesoftheequipmentsothatextracarehastobetakeninthestandardsadoptedforinstallationsandinthechoiceofmaterials.Furthermore,designconsiderationneedstobegiventotheeffectsofhighenvironmentalpressure,hightemperature,temperaturegradientsandtemperaturecyclingaswellastothewayinwhichthetemperaturemeasuringsystemcouldinfluencethesafetyoreconomicperformanceofthereactor.Theconsequencesofnuclearconditionsfortemperaturesensorsleadtostrongrequirementsregardingqualification.Thisstandarddealswithspecificrequirementsfornuclearapplicationsoftemperaturesensors.Ithastwopurposes:a)toprovideaguidewhichwillhelptoensurethatthereactorconditionsdonotdamagethetemperaturesensors;b)toensurethatthein-coretemperaturemeasuringsystemandthesensorinstallationdonotprejudicethesafeoperationandtheavailabilityofthereactor.StatementsofgeneralapplicabilityaremadebutdetailedconsiderationisrestrictedtothermocouplesandRTDs.
