【摘要】:1ThispartofISO1060establishesasystemofdesignationforvinylchloridethermoplasticresins,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2Thetypesofvinylchlorideplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatoryproperties:a)reducedviscosityb)apparentdensityc)retentionona63μmmeshsieved)plasticizerabsorptionatroomtemperature(forgeneral-purposeresinsandfillerresinsonly)e)theviscosityandthetypeofrheologicalbehaviourofastandardpaste(forpasteresinsonly)andoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,polymerizationprocessesandintendedapplications.3ThispartofISO1060isapplicabletoresinsinpowderformwhichconsistofhomopolymersofthemonomervinylchlorideandcopolymers,terpolymers,etc.,ofvinylchloridewithoneormoreothermonomers,butwherevinylchlorideisthemainconstituent.Theresinsmaycontainsmallamountsofnon-polymerizedsubstances(e.g.emulsifyingorsuspendingagents,catalystresidues,etc.)andothersubstancesaddedduringthecourseofpolymerization.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO1060doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyaresinforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).
