【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardpracticecoversthefieldmethodsusedtoconductaninstantaneouschangeinhead(slug)testwhenpneumaticpressureisusedtoinitiatethechangeinheadpressurewithinthewellorpiezometer.Whilethispracticespecificallyaddressesuseofpneumaticinitiationofslugtestswithdirectpushtoolstheseproceduresmaybeappliedtowellsorpiezometersinstalledwithrotarydrillingmethodswhenappropriate.1.2Thisstandardpracticeisusedtoobtaintherequiredfielddatafordetermininghydraulicpropertiesofanaquiferoraspecifiedverticalintervalofanaquifer.Fielddataobtainedfromapplicationofthispracticearemodeledwithappropriateanalyticalprocedures(TestMethodsD4104,D5785,D5881,D5912,Ref(1)).1.3UnitsThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.5Thispracticeoffersasetofinstructionsforperformingoneormorespecificoperations.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthispracticemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaprojectsmanyuniqueaspects.Theword"standard"inthetitlemeansthatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.

【摘要】:Althoughthispracticeisintendedforevaluatingsolarabsorbermaterialsandcoatingsusedinflat-platecollectors,nosingleprocedurecanduplicatethewiderangeoftemperaturesandenvironmentalconditionstowhichthesematerialsmaybeexposedduringin-serviceconditions.Thispracticeisintendedasascreeningtestforabsorbermaterialsandcoatings.Allconditionsarechosentoberepresentativeofthoseencounteredinsolarcollectorswithsinglecoverplatesandwithnoaddedmeansoflimitingthetemperatureduringstagnationconditions.Thispracticeusesexposureinasimulatedcollectorwithasinglecoverplate.Althoughcollectorswithadditionalcoverplateswillproducehighertemperaturesatstagnation,thisprocedureisconsideredtoprovideadequatethermaltestingformostapplications.Note18212;Mathematicalmodellinghasshownthataselectiveabsorber,singleglazedflat-platesolarcollectorcanattainabsorberplatestagnationtemperaturesashighas226x00B0;C(437x00B0;F)withanambienttemperatureof37.8x00B0;C(100x00B0;F)andzerowindvelocity;andadoubleglazedoneashighas245x00B0;C(482x00B0;F)undertheseconditions.Thesameconfigurationsolarcollectorwithanonselectiveabsorbercanattainabsorberstagnationtemperaturesashighas146x00B0;C(284x00B0;F),ifsingleglazed,and185x00B0;C(360x00B0;F),ifdoubleglazed,withthesameenvironmentalconditions,(seex201C;PerformanceCriteriaforSolarHeatingandCoolingSystemsinCommercialBuildings,x201D;NBSTechnicalNote1187).Thispracticeevaluatesthethermalstabilityofabsorbermaterials.Itdoesnotevaluatethemoisturestabilityofabsorbermaterialsusedinactualsolarcollectorsexposedoutdoors.Moistureintrusionintosolarcollectorsisafrequentoccurrenceinadditiontocondensationcausedbydiurnalbreathing.Thispracticedifferentiatesbetweenthetestingofspectrallyselectiveabsorbersandnonselectiveabsorbers.TestingSpectrallySelectiveAbsorberCoatingsandMaterials8212;Spectrallyselectivesolarabsorptivecoatingsandmaterialsrequiretestinginacoveredenclosurethatcontainsaselectivelycoatedsamplemountingplate,suchthattheenclosureandmountingplatesimulatethetemperatureconditionsofaselectiveflat-platecollectorexposedunderstagnationconditions.TestingNonselectiveCoatingsandMaterials8212;Spectrallynonselectivesolarabsorptivecoatingsandmaterialsrequiretestinginacoveredenclosurethatcontainsanonselectivecoatedsamplemountingplate,suchthattheenclosureandmountingplatesimulatethetemperatureconditionsofacovered,nonselectiveflat-platecollectorexposedunderstagnationconditions.1.1Thispracticecoversatestprocedureforevaluatingabsorptivesolarreceivermaterialsandcoatingswhenexposedtosunlightundercoverplate(s)forlongdurations.Thispracticeisintendedtoevaluatetheexposureresistanceofabsorbermaterialsandcoatingsusedinflat-platecollectorswheremaximumnonoperationalstagnationtemperatureswillbeapproximately200x00B0;C(392x00B0;F).1.2Thispracticeshallnotapplytoreceivermaterialsusedinsolarcollectors......
