【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoindustrialthree-phasedirectarcfurnaces,theratedcapacityofwhichisequalto,orgreaterthan,500kg.Thefurnacesaresuitablebothforsolidandliquidchargesatornearinternalatmosphericpressure.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletofurnaceshavingoneormoreelectrodes,otherthanthree-phasefurnaces,insofarasitapplies.Thesefurnacesareintendedforthemeltingofferrousmetals(forexample,steel,castiron)andnon-ferrousmetals(forexample,copper);theymayalsobeusedasholdingfurnacesforaliquidchargetosuperheatandmaintainthetemperaturebeforetapping.Theobjectofthispublicationisthestandardizationofarcfurnacetestconditionsandofmethodstodeterminethemainparametersandtechnicaloperatingcharacteristics.NOTE1Thesetestsaretobeexecutedindependentlyofthestatusofcompensatingequipment.Thescopeofthisstandarddoesnotcoverallpossibletestmethodswhichmaybecarriedoutforthetechnicalandeconomicassessmentofarcfurnaces.NOTE2Complementarytestconditionsmaybeagreedbetweenmanufactureranduser.Testsforsomespecialequipmentford.c.directarcfurnacessuchascontrolledrectifiersarecoveredbyIEC60146-1-1.
