【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthefollowingrequirements:a)requirementsformeasurementsectionsandsiteswithrespecttoperformingemissionmeasurements;b)requirementsforthemeasurementobjective,planandreportofemissionmeasurementsofairpollutantsandreferencequantitiestobecarriedoutinwastegasductsatindustrialplants.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoperiodicmeasurementsusingmanualorautomatedreferencemethods(RM).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesgenericprincipleswhichcanbeappliedtoperformemissionmeasurementsatdifferentplanttypesandtomeetdifferentmeasurementobjectives.NOTEThemeasurementobjectiveisspecifiedbythecustomer.Thetestinginstituteidentifiesthemeasurementobjectiveandrelatedregulatoryrequirementsatthebeginningofthemeasurementplanning.Wheremeasurementsarebeingmadeforregulatorypurposes,thecustomershouldseekapprovalfromthecompetentauthority.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesproceduresfortakingrepresentativesamplesinwastegasducts.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesaprocedureforfindingthebestavailablesamplingpointforautomatedmeasuringsystemsusedforcontinuousmonitoringofemissions.TheplanningandreportingaspectsofthisEuropeanStandardareapplicabletoemissionmeasurementsatdiffusiveandfugitiveemissionsources.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotaddressaspectsofstructuralsafetyofchimneysandducts,constructionofworkingplatformsandsafetyofpersonnelusingthem.
